About us

Creative Building is a business led by Attila Nagy who has been working in the UK, as a sole trader, since 2008 under the name “Creative Building”. As a result of his business’ growth he has recently taken the step to incorporate the business under the name “Creative Building Oxford Limited”.

Since 2008 the business has undertaken more than 30 projects worth in excess of £3m in aggregate. The business has grown to a size where it manages a simultaneous portfolio of projects of up to £0.5m at any one time.

The majority of projects have been undertaken in and around Oxford and the Thames Valley, including Abingdon and Reading. Word of mouth reputation has led to an increasing number of projects completed further afield, including in London.

Creative Building carries out all types of residential building work including full house refurbishments and double storey extensions. The company has a particular specialism in kitchens, fitted loose furniture and interiors. Each project includes bespoke features from floor to ceiling.

The company has a dedicated UK based workforce, including all key skills and trades for refurbishment and construc5on work. It also benefits from a strong, local network of specialists who work with the business on a subcontract basis.

Creative Building has its own factory in mainland Europe where it manufactures its own range of bespoke kitchens and bedrooms to unique designs. Creative Building also produces
and distributes flooring, ceilings, lighting and tiles to its own specification. All the elements included in the images in this document are produced by Creative Building. At times of peak demand, skilled tradesmen from the factory are deployed in support of specific projects in the UK.

Attila Nagy manages the construction activities of the company. He has a degree in management and marketing from the University of Petru Major. He is also a qualified electrician in his own right.

Leyla Nagy is an EU qualified architect and interior/exterior designer, having qualified in 2001. Leyla has a degree in psychology and qualifications in marketing and finance.
